We strive to have oneness with those around us. There are times when we realize things around us that are now serving us. This is when we are driven, by our higher self, to set personal boundaries.
A Platform for Setting Boundaries
Quarantine has given us a platform to set healthy boundaries. Social distancing is a symbol for our need to find our own, healthy space.
Demonstrating Self-love with Healthy Boundaries
Just because we are all one does not mean we must jeopardize our own personal interests. If someone is encroaching you or your space, you have an opportunity to demonstrate self-love by setting boundaries with that person.
Boundaries can be pushed. In childhood, we learn about boundaries and being to push them. Adolescence is generally a platform to explore boundaries and push them further. In adulthood, we set a variety of boundaries specific to certain relationships whether they are romantic, career-related, friendships or family.
Are your boundaries too heavy? Are they holding back your true self?
The beacon that drives boundaries is your inner desire to be your true self.
True friendships allow you to be completely candid and honest. There is a reduced need for boundaries when you can express your true self in this way. Your soul is lighting up when you can express your true self. By doing this, you become a beacon for positive attractions. This is the way the universe works.
Break free of boundaries and fears of expression is incredibly empowering and enlightening. You can get to the point where you can express yourself freely even around strangers. This is achieved by reducing your own fear of judgment.
We can express ourselves in a jovial way, without a fear of being judged.
Being Selective with the Content you allow in: Become Inspired
We see high-polarity content broadcasted all around us. This negative content can reduce our vibrations tremendously. You can choose to set a boundary with the content you consume. You choose what type of content best serves you and your happiness.
Anything is possible in this life. That mindset is what our souls tend to crave. When we crave this feeling, we seek out content and experiences to support the inspiring idea of “endless possibilities”. You nurture your soul when you allow yourself to become inspired. Set boundaries to choose what type of content you want into your world. You do not have to accept everything that comes along. Being selective is the track to the right path for you. You only have one path. This is where free will comes in.
Choosing how you react to things
You always have a choice of how you want to see something. We have the freedom to choose our perspective. Choose how you want to react in your world.
Collective inspiration is our oneness
We can feel others even when we are in our own space. When we are collectively inspired, our vibration raises. This is our oneness.
Even when you are in your own space with your boundaries set, you have unbreakable connections from experiences with others.
“Not in my World” Approach: Is this a Pollyanna or Rose-colored-glasses approach?
You are the creator of your world. Consider how you want your world to be. Understand that you are the creator of your world. The events, content or experiences that bring you down are not serving you. Set boundaries to keep those things out. You can make space for the things you decide belong in your world.
Nurturing you Energy Matrix
Imagine your energy extending beyond your physical body in the form of a matrix. Imagine that others can see and feel who you are by reading your matrix. If you want to keep that beautiful, pure, energetic feeling, your goal in life is to accept the things that resonate with your desired energy.
Neutralization is a powerful skill
We can deconstruct the things that are limiting to us. By breaking that down, we reduce how much the things that affect us. By thinking about a problem, we divest ourselves of that energy. We have the power to decide how much negativity impacts us.
When the Conscious Mind goes into Overdrive: Perspective on Preparedness
The conscious-mind goes into overdrive. Even before the live broadcast we tend to feel limited. Kaya mentioned that some limited beliefs have caused anxiety before the live discussions. As soon as the comments and love start to flow, his anxieties are alleviated. In this bigger, expanded place of our ourselves, we express ourselves unconditionally. In this instance, the collective group inspires unconditional expression.
Think about a world without borders. Think about a world built on love. We are one.
